High-heeled shoes are perfect for fashion and attractive to the eye, but may not always be as attractive to the user's health.
The higher the heel, the greater your risk of falling, spraining a muscle, and other types of injury, medical experts disclosed. However, they stressed, these are not the only risks of high heels.
High heeled shoes can also pinch the feet or toes and perhaps cause permanent injury. Likewise, these types of shoes may cause back pain.

Other people call high heels "torture chambers." Squeezing toes, which are semi oval, into unyielding leather triangles causes foot pain, knee pain and back pain.

Statistics show that more than 80 percent of women complain that their feet hurt. Some admit not being comfortable wearing high heeled shoes.
Stilletos, increase the user's risk of falling and are the main culprits of women's foot pain, knee pain and back pain.

When a woman wears high heels, her entire weight is thrust forward, making it very difficult to sustain upright balance. Stilettos force women to use a lot of extra muscular effort to keep themselves from falling forward. Much of this extra effort is concentrated in the lower back, producing an exaggerated arch, which causes back pain.

Back pain can range from a dull, constant ache to a sudden, sharp pain. Acute back pain comes on suddenly and usually lasts from a few days to a few weeks. Back pain is called chronic if it lasts for more than three months.
High heels can also cause knee pain. When a person walks in heels, the ankle joints don't move as freely. To stabilize oneself, a person compensates by twisting at her knees. This puts strain on the inner knee.

Over time, this repeated wrenching of the knees could cause osteoarthritis of the knee and knee pain. Women who can't help using high heels do ignore the pain yet when the pain is too much to bear, these women take in pain relievers like Tramadol.

Experts advised that if women are unwilling to give up their high heels due to fashion or job requirements, they must always have Soma at hand. Soma is readily available from online drugstores including drugstoretm.com and sold at fairly discounted prices.
Yet is back pain is severe or doesn't improve after three days, patients are advised to call a health care provider. Patients should also get medical attention if back pain occurs following an injury.
