Try Vista and you will see the ills of world personified in one operating system created by Microsoft... please ... please give me back XP and I promise to be a good boy and never ever again shut down my XP or even my Ms-Dos.

I am angry and frustrated and very saddened to see such a great corporation fallen into the net of fear and insecurity promoted all around us to simply make us rely more on "who ever governed" and their strategy and tactics to fulfil their desires.

Try Vista and see the paranoia of the world concentrated in it.

I must make one thing clear; I am not a competitor to Microsoft or in the business of computers even... I am just a user and you can check this at the bottom of the article.

Here is what Vista Does to you now.......

I bought it because it is the latest in the "mighty" Microsoft arsenal of gadgets to make you better at your job... and to make you secure and all, NO sir... it makes you paranoid individual and almost hinder your productivity and stops you earning a living if you are dependent on your computer.

Let me give you some examples.

Of course I cannot say any bad words in this article or it will not be published, but where ever I put words in Quotes, please add your imagination to the word. I do like "flowery" language but in this day and age of "paranoia" you cannot use it easily.. I leave it up to you... oh.. Something else.. Allow me to exaggerate to make my point sometimes.

To start with in this "fabulous" operating system, nothing and I mean nothing can be done without asking your permission first .. Things as clever as "excuse me sir.. you are trying to save a file.. Are you sure you are who you say you are?" Yes, I am me... ok sire, very well...

More... install this programme please... now this is BIG for Vista to just "comply"... "Sir... there is a strange programme trying to get access to your computer.. did you know that"... yes.. I did.. I initiated the "thing"... Vista continues... " Sir, it is an unidentified program.. are you sure you want it?"... yes please... I need to get on with my life ... please... Vista..... "ok sir.. but we will have to scan it by our "great" MacAfee software that is free for one month but then you will have to pay later for it" OK Vista get on with it... .....it is just "f..."Google bar for "goodness sake" "ok sir... will do if you insist...."

Now if this is not enough for McAfee to be secured for purchase... McAfee keep coming up every few minutes to warn you of "huge" "Risk" in your computers.... Excuse me McAfee... I just bought the "d..." thing yesterday and not even connected to the network... what is your "Problem?..."

Imagine trying to install AN ORDINARY PROGRAM AND NOT THE "MIGHTY" GOOGLE Tool Bar.. what would happen? Use your imagination please.........

In the old XP world, I could "create" a new folder at any time..... now it is not that simple... try to find how to create a new folder to start with... a day or two gone while you have been fully interrogated with total cold blood of the purpose of this new folder.... Oh "goodness"

Now .... Pictures were a simple thing to handle....but unfortunately... business got in the way and the default for e very thing in Vista including picture viewing is a "Commercial" proposition of "Buy now or else..."... goodness knows what format pictures are now stored as but they certainly have something to do with "give us money honey to do anything for you".

Sending "simple" attachment of an invoice to a client...simple yes?........... Nooooo it is not.. it doesn't arrive e in word format... it arrives as something else to do with "give us the money honey to format like the way you want" and I am totally paranoid and insecure sir type of transaction... all the time.... it is "sick".

Your e-mail... ahhh... nothing that you value will stay in your inbox... kit is all going to "Junk"... without you saying so... it is up to Microsoft to decide now... "Tough" for you... "I am here to make you secure" says Microsoft.....

By the way, I am still in my first week and my business is on the brinks of collapse already and I haven't even tried the half of it on this "great" operating system......

I have saved you the "pain" of telling you about Office 2007 which I am having greater fun with... simply put.. the old Office 2003 used to start simple and then complicate matters as you want it too... now... no sir ....everything is so complicated with Office2007 that you start with a so complicated picture and if you lucky you may find the "spell checker" or the "save as" button... only if you "navigate" for few good "minutes" ... not to mention passing by few "buy now" notices on the way.... "Goodness helps us"

Goodness helps us from Microsoft... Give us Google for a while, at least they are "simple" for now, till of course power and wealth and "influence" get them and they go the same way and we find ourselves lucky to have an alternative to them too.... but this is life... I GUESS,

In summary...try "Vista" for yourself but one word of wisdom... just one word... Keep your old XP running till you get to grips with how you could disable all of Vista "paranoia" TO MAKE IT LOOK LIKE XP if you can... and this is the challenge with this "Paranoia operating Software".

I like this name for Vista ... "PARANOIA" and why not.. this is all that it does.
