In this article, I'm going to appeal to your common sense. I beg you to be open minded and not swallow raw, everything the medical business is feeding you.

Why am I saying that?

There is a lot of propaganda going on in the health business. After all, it is a business. And what do they want you to believe?

They use all their effort to talk you into that the only method that works for hypertension is prescription drugs. Yes, they may mention other things like exercising or changing diet, but that's only a secondary thing mentioned in a paragraph or two.

And like it wasn't enough to be put on medication. They also claim, you'll have to be on these medication ( and suffer all the side effects) for the rest of your life.

And the cause for high blood pressure, in their opinion is...

No1 - Unknown reasons

No2 - Genetic reasons

No3 - Relationships with other diseases

And the treatment again...

Medications, Medications, Medication!

Even if the doctors admit, they most often don't have any idea what really causes this condition, they refuse to look at any other method than drugs.

But you don't have to be a rocket scientist to figure out what really causes hypertension.

You've probably been in a situation where your blood pressure ski-rocket, haven't you?

Wasn't it a very stressful situation you were dealing with when it happened?

Your body was actually reacting to the situation in a very functional way, when it raised your pressure.

You see, in a stressful situations, your body jumps into an "Emergency" flight or fight mood.

This is a mechanism we need to have to deal with dangerous situations. Our forefathers depended on this mechanism to run away from or fight predators.

When you reach flight or fight mood, your muscles get tense and your blood pressure roars.

Think about how different the modern world is from the world of our forefathers. We're surrounded by predators every day, without really knowing if we're in danger or not. There are literally thousands of people walking around us, we don't know. Maybe murderous or something worse.

Like that wasn't enough. We've the pressure of keeping our standard in the society. And the dread of failing. Worries about money is probably the biggest stress factor known. Money dread kills more people than anything else I know about.

Money doesn't kill but money worries do.

This is only an example. Anything you're stressed about will roar your blood pressure. And most people have these nagging, worrying thoughts all day and all night.

So what can you do?

You can't change the world but you can give your body and mind a focused brake!

You don't have to become an enlighten yoga master. A few minutes, focused brake is all your mind needs to recover and be better suited to deal with all the stress we're faced with day out and day in. And your blood pressure will drop drastically.

Most people who practice my high blood pressure exercises are back to normal blood pressure within a week and totally off any medication. Even those suffering from ski-rocking high hypertension.

You can experience the same in only a few days.
