In what way can I begin this paper? Antony Flew starts his speech from telling the story about two scientists who drop in the beautiful garden in the jungle. There were a lot of wonderful flowers and plants. One of the scientists began to praise the gardener who took care of this garden, but the other said that there was not any gardener. So these two scientists tried to find out who was right or wrong. The Believer tried to say that the gardener was invisible, while the Sceptic tried to persuade him that there was someone who took care of the garden, as there were a lot of bloodhounds and the electrifying fence around. As a result any gardener was found. But still, the Believer was not satisfied and tried to find the reasons why they did not see the gardener.
So, as everybody understood the garden was used as the analogy of God and those two scientists represented two different points of view. The Skeptic was the atheist and denied God as a higher spirit, when the Believer proved hat God existed and He was the planter who saw after the garden as well as God takes care of us.
Flew talks about the statements. He tries to prove that the statements very often may be reduced to different status. A good example of this is the statement that God loves everyone as the father loves a child, but where He is when a lot of children are dying of cancer and only their earth fathers are near them. The conclusion which can be made is that love of God is not a human love. The statement that "God loves us as the father" is considered now as the complex status that "Love of God is not human". It is only a part of problems that Flew discussed.
