Selection of a Project in the Choice of the Subject for Investigation
The scientist selects the project in the process of choosing of the subject for investigation. It means that the scientist is going to select at the end the subject matter that is really interesting to him. In this way, the subjectivity of our scientist is being added in the object of investigation under the natural sciences.
One may thing that the only actual difference between the two sciences in question is that of social phenomena are interpreted only if they are associated to some definite types of actions which can be realized only in terms of merits motivating those who make their mind and act. The interest with merits of the social sciences, seemingly, is the great difference between the two. Though, this no way deprives the social sciences from anything crucial and it is obvious that this advantage cannot be considered a basis of superiority in any case.
Talking about the natural science, it is advantaged with the ability to have or carry out controlled testing of the object of study. During these experiments different factors that may influence the object of study are controlled, that is why in the natural sciences there is a possibility of the hypothesis checking. In the social sciences, these sort of controlled testing is impossible because the object of investigation of the social sciences interacts with the society and the every day life of different people, which makes it incredible to carry out any experiments. Obviously, in this meaning, the natural sciences have an advantage point regarding the social sciences. However, this does not really means that the natural sciences are, in fact, superior in comparison with the social ones.
