How To Overcome Premature Ejaculation Using A Simple 3 Step Process

Research indicates that one in three guys suffer from premature ejaculation at some point in their lives.

What this means is that over 30% of men ejaculate sooner than they and/or their partners would like. This can mean they last 5 seconds or 15 minutes - either way, they know they want to last longer and hate the fact they can't. You may be thinking:

"15 minutes? That's plenty long enough! Why would you want to do it for any longer than that?"

The answer lies in personal preference. Lots of women and men enjoy longer lovemaking sessions and it's quite common for a woman to need good sexual stimulation for longer than 15 minutes if she is to reach orgasm herself. This clearly presents a problem for any guy who can't last that long.

In this article I'm going to tell you about a simple 3 step process that any guy can use to improve his ability to last long enough in the sack and overcome premature ejaculation. Let's start with the first step.

1. Identify and understand your 'Point of No Return'.

Your 'Point of No Return' represents the last possible second you can avoid reaching orgasm and climaxing. Once you're past your 'Point of No Return', there's no going back. Ejaculation is unavoidable. To improve your lasting power in bed, you need to fully understand your personal 'Point of No Return'. You can do this either during sex or masturbation. Pay close attention to the changing sensations in and around your penis as you move closer and closer to climaxing. You want to know, each and every time, exactly what you feel like when you're 20 or 30 seconds away from ejaculating. By being aware of this special state, you allow yourself time to take action and avoid climaxing too early. If you do as most guys with premature ejaculation do and keep going until only 2 or 3 seconds before your 'Point of No Return', you give yourself no chance of avoiding early ejaculation.

2. Experiment with positions.

Each sexual position gives your body a different amount and kind of sexual pleasure. This means that some positions will make you ejaculate sooner than others. What you should do is determine which position gives you the highest degree of control and which gives you the least. Begin sex with the positions that offer you the lowest amount of control and then transition into the positions that give you more. This way, you extend your lovemaking session and prevent early ejaculation. Here's a specific tip regarding the use of positions in preventing premature ejaculation. If you're in the missionary position and start to feel like you're peaking too early, casually switch to spoons (her on her side, you behind her). This switch alters the stresses that are placed on your body in a positive way and decreases the chances of premature ejaculation.

3. Change your sexual routine.

Sex doesn't always have to take the same shape. Instead of starting with foreplay and then going into intercourse until sex is over, mix it up a little. Begin with a short amount of foreplay, then move into using positions, then go back into oral foreplay and other non-intercourse pleasure giving. This not only gives you time to "cool off", it also makes sex more exiting and pleasurable for your partner.

By using all three of these techniques, many guys have gone from lasting less than 3 minutes in bed to lasting over 30. Try them yourself, even combining them with other anti-premature ejaculation techniques, and you too will no doubt see a massive improvement.
