Alot of women do suffer from this beast. At least 85%. The bloating, sore breasts, acne, cramps, mood swings, insomnia and just feeling irritable. No it is not in your head as some people would think. One day I am feeling fine and the next day, I am emotional, bloated and give me some chocolate. Give me some pms relief.

There are so many areas of pms that could be affecting you. Pms is a condition resulting in a hormonal imbalance. Pms is a condition of excess estrogen and not enough progesterone. It is very important for women to keep normal levels of progesterone because if not, this can also lead to osteoporosis. You can go to your health practitioner and have them do a hormone, saliva and possibly a blood test. This will show whether or not you have a serious progesterone deficiency that may warrant you taking a prescription drug. I know of some women who have extreme cases of pms and this may be the way to go. There are also many progesterone skin creams on the market over the counter. However, do your research before taking any of these creams or again just go to your physician/obgyn for pms relief.

In order to help get your hormones balanced, look into seeing a trained health professional who is familiar with vitamin/mineral therapy. A balance in vitamin therapy will help greatly.

Some women may have a calcium deficiency and this is what can bring on more of the pain. Starting today you should take calcium everyday. It is great for headaches, your moodiness and water retention. Cut back on the refined sugars and caffeine because this just makes pms worse. Your are looking for pms relief. Look for a calcium supplement and aim for a total intake of 1,200 to 1,500 milligrams per day. You can combine the milligrams with a supplement and eat calcium rich foods.

Stay away from these pms triggers like white sugar, white flour, caffeine, alcohol and fatty foods. Start analyzing when and what you eat. During pms, many women have low blood sugar. This is why you may feel nervous and anxious. Your craving cookies, chips and just about anything that is fried. You have to learn to avoid these foods and this will help give you some pms relief.

Learn to eat 3 small meals and 2-3 snacks per day.Good choice of foods are chicken , turkey, broccoli, fruits, vegetables, etc... These are great pms relief foods. Try not to eat foods that can raise your blood sugar too quickly like sugar, potatoes, carrots, etc. Hide the salt. The salt just allows your body to retain more water. This is why you are bloated. Drink plenty of water. This will not add to the bloating. Water will help eliminate some of the bad fluids from your system.

Make sure you make changes today if you want to feel alot better next month. Start your pms relief today.
