Antioxidants play a major role in the promotion of antiaging. The toxins we breathe in everyday contribute to the aging process, whether it be smog, cigarette smoke, foods we eat, the sun, whatever it is you need to eliminate the free radicals in your body to keep aging from happening to you.

Having a diet rich in Vitamin D and all comples B vitamins along with superfruits such as Acai berry, Goji berries, maqui berry, etc can have you well on your way to looking and feeling younger.
