Howard Marshall first attended the Hicksite Quaker George School then he studied oil at Yale Law School. It sounds like Anna Nicole Smith may have a Howard fetish. Then another court rules that Anna Nicole Smith can only have $88 million. The next court rules that she can't have anything. Somehow both the state and federal courts got involved. In the meantime the son of J. Howard Marshall, E. Pierce Marshall who was the other party in Marshall v. Marshall died because this case has been going on for 10 years now and they're just warming up.

Next the widow of E. Pierce Marshall, Elaine Tettemer Marshall became the new plaintiff or new defendant or new appellant or new respondent whatever. The case goes to the United States Supreme Court and Anna Nicole Smith wins as Ruth Bader Ginsburg rules for the court that the federal court does have jurisdiction in the case of Anna Nicole Smith, and Judge Ruth Bader Ginsburg says that she feels bad that she is the only woman now on the United States Supreme Court after the departure of Sandra Day O'Connor. The Marshall v. Marshall case has been going on for 10 years and the courts have just now decided which court has jurisdiction. Now they have to start from square one. No wonder Anna Nicole Smith had to give her baby daughter Dannielynn to her lawyer Howard K. Stern. Andy Roddick can hire 10 Jimmy Connors to mentor him and he still isn't going to beat Roger Federer.

Roger Federer is the fastest tennis player since The Flying Dutchman Tom Okker. Tom Okker won 69 doubles events. It is amazing what a man will say when he is lying in bed with a woman. In 1978 Tom Okker reached the semifinals of Wimbledon which was carried live on NBC Sports, the peacock channel. According to MSNBC dot com Roger Federer won his tenth Grand Slam tennis title today, the Australian Open in Melbourne Australia, defeating Pancho Gonzalez in straight sets. There are no words to describe the forehand of Roger Federer except magical, impossible, unbelievable, spectacular, sensational, pin point, deadly, annihilating, breathtaking, Grafflike and Borglike only up a level. Anna Nicole Smith was asked by Tim Russert of Meet the Press on NBC why she recently married Roger Federer. Anna Nicole Smith answered, "We're talking 10 Slams Tim, if you know what I mean."

Last night before the Australian Open final I watched Meet the Press on MSNBC with with host Tim Russert and his "Dream Team" political panel of Andrea Mitchell, David Gregory and Jim Miklaszewski. In the 40 minutes in which they all discussed Iraq and Iran not once was the word "oil" mentioned. Yesterday in Washington D.C. the largest anti war protest since Vietnam was held in Washington D.C. If you look today on the front page of MSNBC dot com you will see the protest story buried in the fine print in the bottom right hand corner of the page. It says "Antiwar demonstrators rally in D.C. Protesters energized by fresh congressional skepticism about the Iraq war demanded a withdrawal of U.S. troops in a demonstration Saturday that drew tens of thousands and brought Jane Fonda back to the streets."

It is surprising that MSNBC didn't call Jane Fonda "Hanoi Jane" as if preferring peace to war is a sin. The American people know now that President George Bush lied through his teeth in his State of the Union address in 2003 when he said to the people of the United States, "Unless we attack Iraq now Saddam Hussein is going to nuke every American city. Saddam Hussein recently purchased uranium for his nuclear arsenal from Niger."

You may recall that the Republicans formed a one year impeachment lynch mob because Bill Clinton lied that he did not have sex with Monica Lewinsky. This week the chief of staff to Vice President Cheney, I. Lewis Scooter Libby is on trial for lying. In 2002 when U.S. Ambassador Joe Wilson came back from Niger and reported to President George Bush and Vice President Cheney, before the State of the Union address that in fact there had been no uranium sale from Niger to Saddam Hussein, President George W. Bush and Vice President Cheney decided to make an example out of Ambassador Wilson. They leaked to the press that the wife of Ambassador Joseph Wilson Valerie Plame was an American spy, Valerie Plame, together with her address, phone number, picture and email, thereby putting her life in mortal danger and sending a message to the American media that if anyone dared to reveal the lies of President George W. Bush and Vice President Dick Cheney that their families would be killed.

At the Lewis Scooter Libby trial this week the press secretary of Vice President Richard Cheney, (who shot his own lawyer in the face and got away with it as 17 year old black honor student and football star Genarlow Wilson rots in jail for 10 years for having consensual oral sex with a 15 year old woman) Cathie Martin said that when Vice President Cheney wanted to manipulate the media, his first choice was always to appear on NBC MSNBC Universal on Meet the Press with Tim Russert. This week the treasurer of NBC Universal Victor Jung was arrested for stealing $800,000 from NBC Universal. So as we are fooling around I ask my ex Joseph Goebbels, "How do George Bush and Dick Cheney get away with all of their lies?"

Joseph Goebbels, the new "treasurer" of NBC Sports says to me, "It's simple Karen. Just follow the money. The Iraq Study group just reported that it will now cost the American taxpayers 2 trillion dollars to re arm the American military because of the Iraq War. This is on top of the existing American 1 trillion dollar deficit which under Bill Clinton and Al Gore was a surplus. One of the largest defense offense contractors, along with the company of Dick Cheney Halliburton, and the company of George Bush, the Carlysle Group is General Electric. General Electric is the second largest company in the world. General Electric is making a killing off the Iraq war in oil and gas and selling airplane engines to the pentagon. General Electric also owns NBC Sports. General Electric NBC Sports MSNBC are not going to reveal the lies of their biggest customer, the decision makers at the pentagon George Bush and Dick Cheney."

Joseph Goebbels the new "Treasurer" of NBC Sports Universal continued, "It is going to cost the politicians 1 billion dollars over the next two years to run for office. Last year General Electric which owns NBC Sports made a $16 Billion profit. For these huge oil companies and defense offense contractors to buy a couple of political parties for a billion dollars is petty cash. Every time that you see a politician on television just picture him or her wearing a GE NBC Universal name tag at their Las Vegas Convention at Caesar's Palace. On top of all of this, in order to make sure that the American people are never told the truth the American politicians in the land of the free are now passing a law to revoke net neutrality. They don't want statements like the following ever reaching the American public."

My ex Joseph Goebbels continued, "Last week Nicholas Burns, the U.S. Undersecretary of State for Political Affairs was speaking to the Dubai-based Gulf Research Center, an influential think-tank. He was threatening Iran to back down and threatening Iran that the U.S. was sending two carrier groups to the Persian Gulf. Some people in the audience of Dubai-based diplomats and analysts complained that American wars in the Middle East were already threatening the region's stability and they asked Nicholas Burns to sort out Iraq and the Israel-Palestinian conflict before turning attention to Iran. Mohammed al-Naqbi, who heads the Gulf Negotiations Center, told Nicholas Burns, "Iraq is your problem. What we are not interested in is another war in the region. Iraq is your problem, not the problem of the Arabs. You destroyed a country that had institutions. You handed that country to Iran. Now you are crying to Europe and the Arabs to help you out of this mess." Iraq is not a problem for NBC Sports. MSNBC is getting so rich from pundit commercials that at NBC Sports they are now calling the coming Iran War "The Super Bowl." Don't expect to see Mohammed al-Naqbi as the host of Meet the Press anytime soon Karen. Anna Nicole Smith would have a better chance. At least she has Marilyn Monroe like sex appeal.
