Combine the two and you end up with a pretty hefty number; however. when factoring in the return that a sun room will bring. along with the ease and the amount of time it takes to have a sun room built. the number becomes a lot less scary. The traditional 'brick and mortar' add-on is nowhere near as easy as building a sunroom; neither can it be constructed in as short a time.
