Moving in With Your Girlfriend
Advantages
The main advantage of moving in with your girlfriend is getting a chance to know a different side of her. There are some things about a person you will never find out, regardless of how long you have been together. The only way you will find these things out is if you live with her. This is the reason why some engaged couples decide to move in together before their wedding day to see if they really can live together.
Disadvantages
The morality of living with someone that is not your wife is a major issue when it comes to moving in with your girlfriend. Many people believe that after your wedding day is the only time you should live under that same roof as your significant other.
Another disadvantage is that it could cause the breakup of you and your girlfriend. Living together with someone requires a lot of patience and understanding. This is especially true for those who are accustomed to living alone. Living with someone requires a lot of compromise and sacrifice in both of your parts. If a person is so inflexible with their ways that they are unable to accommodate the needs of their significant other, fights will take place between the two of you.
Before you decide to move in with your girlfriend you should make sure that you truly know this person, as well as have a relationship that is strong enough to handle the stress and aggravation that comes with living with someone.
