some is heading to the golf course.

Golf, like any sport, requires the consistent use of certain muscles in your back, neck, legs and

Baby Steps To Begin With

Make sure to stretch thoroughly before you perform any exercise. This is important in order to
prevent injury and shorten your recovery time.

When stretching you should stretch as if you were swinging a club go all the way through the
swing until you're slightly uncomfortable and then hold it for a few seconds and relax and do the
other side, but no bouncing. Don't bounce as it can hurt your muscles. Once you do two reps of
stretching on one side then turn and do it the same way on the opposite side.

Stretching should last at least 10-15 minutes and you should have a "cool down" stretching session
after finishing your workout. This will help to ease your soreness afterword, don't overdo it! There's
nothing more discouraging than hurting yourself when starting a workout routine. Take your time and
pace yourself. Remember that your body is different than others and you need to build your workouts
at your own pace. Remember that the competition will win every time if you're hurt.

You might consider looking into how much a fitness trainer would cost. By getting a coach you'll
have someone that you'll have to answer to and that means positive results for you. mixing up the
types of exercises you're doing is important to prevent boredom. After all, doing the same thing
every day can get boring pretty fast.
