Observing the bird fly, smelling newly cut grass or fragrant flowers, and walking with your dog in a park are really relaxing activities that you may want to try whenever you are feeling blue. Sometimes, overwhelming your senses with the different scents and textures of nature can really inspire you to become more serene and relaxed.
