Our work schedules are so intense that it is easy for our bodies to get tensed up. Fortunately it is easy to relieve ourselves from this tension, a massage can help you body ease all the tension in your body. But there are other ways to help relieve tension. Tension is a physical reality, but it can have psychological causes. Stress-management and relaxation techniques can help you keep you keep your emotions in balance and your stress under control, so that an emotional problem doesn't become a physical pain.
