Permanent attachment hair systems, on the other hand, are constantly bonded to your head, which some hair wearers find uncomfortable - although many men do not mind at all. The advantage to permanent attachment hair systems is that they do not require quite as much maintenance. With daily wear hair systems, you'll need to apply adhesive and then attach the hair system to your head every morning, then use a solvent to carefully remove the adhesive and clean the base and the unit each night. With an extended wear hair system, you need only apply the unit once - which often is done by a professional, and then after the unit has expired, you simply remove it from your head and discard it. No need for cleaning. Quality is definitely an issue when trying to decide what is right for you. This is not always the case, but often, the materials that permanent attachment hair systems are made with is lesser quality because it is considered a disposable hair system. This means lower quality base material and most importantly lower quality hair. This can lead to a variety of problems and a much shorter overall average lifespan than a daily wear hair systems. There are some daily wear hair systems that a can literally last for years.

When it comes down to choosing between daily wear hair systems and extended wear hair systems, each has its own advantages and disadvantages. If comfort is a big concern and longevity is a big concern, you may prefer daily wear hair systems. If convenience is a big concern, you may lean towards extended wear hair systems.
