A good system is to make 5 extra clones of hard drives. If one of your computers starts acting up, you simply take your key, open the hard drive slot, remove the old hard drive, and replace it with the new clone. That's it. Your problem computer is up and running in minutes instead of days. The nice thing about a maintenance system like this is once it's setup you can manage 10 computers just as easily as you can manage 100.
These are a few things to keep in mind and consider when thinking about starting your social gaming center or internet café.
