Our pets are considered as part of the family. We have always showered our dogs with attention and care since they were small, cuddly puppies even until the time that they have grown to what they are today. The ultimate sign of love, however, that we can give to our beloved pets is to include them in the family by gracing our homes with their cute puppy pictures that will forever embed them in the memories of generations to come.

Taking pictures of our pets while they are still puppies is quite easy considering that they don't move around a lot. But when they grow up to become adults, you will then realize that trying to get a good shot at them with your camera is like chasing an F1 racer on foot.

But this is not an impossible task if you know to do it, and here are some tips that should help you out.

Anticipate Their Routine

Even if you don't have a high-tech camera at your disposal, it is still quite possible to get great puppy pictures if you anticipate their normal routine. Like us, our pets have their own peculiar lifestyle and follow it strictly even without us knowing it. They sleep, play, eat, or even loaf around in specific areas of our home that they find comfortable.

By observing their habits, we can easily take their picture if you know what they're about to do next. For example, if you want to take a photo of your pet while they're sleeping, then you need to pick a perfect angle in their favorite spot so that you will be ready when take their afternoon nap.

Choosing The Perfect Frame

If you really want your pet's photo to blend perfectly with the rest of the family picture, as well as your home, then you need to choose a picture frame that will fit perfectly with their natural color, as well as the color of the surrounding where you plan to place them. Getting a bright pink picture frame for a black colored dog to be placed on a white wall wouldn't really fit well, would it?

Aside from your dog's natural color, you need to consider the color of the surrounding areas where you plan to place their pictures as well. In most cases, the picture of your pet will fit perfectly on a side-table or on top of the fireplace. You can hang them on a wall on the living room or even on your room. Base your choice on these areas before you start your purchase.
