We involve our entire staff in this process for several reasons. Each member comes with unique thoughts and ideas. 2) The second tool is our strategic plan. This differs from the business plan in that it is focused on specific projects and goals that we have for this year. We know what we are planning to do and what we expect to result from those actions.

Whether you follow a system that is like ours, or you have your own process, be sure that you too invest the time to really examine how 2006 has gone for you and your business.
