Chicken Soup for Network Marketers?

Have you ever read one of the series of Chicken Soup for the SoulÂ(r) books?
I remember when I read the very first one back in 1993 - it had a powerful emotional effect on me. The stores were all interesting, moving and meaningful.

Well I was delighted to read that Mark Victor Hansen and Jack Canfield (with Network Marketing veteran Bill Hyman) are putting together another Chicken Soup book called Chicken Soup for the Network Marketer's Soul.

The Chicken Soup series is hugely successful, with 80 million copies sold, 65 titles and 37 languages, and has made international publishing history.

The winning recipe applied for these books is to collect favourite stories from people - stories that are about everyday people doing extraordinary things. The stories are true and carry an enormous emotional impact. They have an effect on the reader, and serve to inspire, motivate and often bring a tear to the eye.

So for Network Marketers, this is the opportunity to get your story in a book that is certain to be a best seller. The book will be a great resource for our prospects to read as they are researching the Network Marketing business. And how good would it be to have a story from you, or someone from your company, published!

As well as this, the book is a great vehicle to get our story as Network Marketers heard in a way that has never been done before. To talk about how Network Marketing has impacted and influenced our lives and those around us, what home business is like, how peoples' lives have changed for the better, and the personal growth and development that is part of doing this business.

The aim of the Chicken Soup for Network Marketer's stories is to get into peoples' hearts, move them and touch them, so that they can apply the principles they have learned to themselves. The stories need to paint vivid pictures and bring out all of our emotions.

It will be great to have some press about things other than money and accusations about pyramid schemes and scams!

If you have a fantastic story you can go to http://www.mlmsoul.com for guidelines and details of submission

The deadline is 30 June 2007 so we had better get busy writing!
