Day Job Killer takes on the same style as Affiliate Project X. It shows you how to tackle Google Adwords which is a paid advertising media by Google to make huge profits as an affiliate. The reason why it was a best seller was the techniques he teaches were new and pretty unheard of. Many people also reported good results using his methods.
What's new In Day Job Killer
There are basically 7 techniques presented in Day Job Killer. They are given quirky names like direct linking on crack, media manslaughter and campaign nuking etc. Each technique according to the author allows anyone to make a huge profits on Adwords.
I will only briefly discuss three of the techniques he will teach in the book as it will not be fair to Chris if I gave everything away.
1. Campaign Nuking
Campaign nuking is a technique which I have been using for quite some time. Basically it is a technique that allows you to underbid your competitors ads. It can be brutal and unethical to some people but it works.
2. The Leveller
It's basically a clever technique to steal from a guru's list to use to build your own list. Based on what I've read, it is doable and very cunning.
3. Direct Linking On Crack
Direct linking was the method taught in Google Cash and this technique is the updated condensed version. I was surprised it still works today especially with the Google Slap that happened last year. I think this is the most lethal weapon for lazy affiliate marketers.
Overall Verdict
My final opinion is that Day Job Killer is really going to open the eyes of many affiliate marketers even gurus who has been doing this for years. Day Job Killer is more suited for immediate and advanced affiliate marketers. If you are new to affiliate marketing, the techniques Chris taught can difficult for a newbie to implement and test.
I would highly recommend getting a copy of Day Job Killer if you are using adwords to make profits and already making a profit.
