I Do Not Know in the Quran:

The historical Dialogue between Noah and his people
What Noah was commanded to say to his people?
1) I do not have the treasuries of Allah
2) I do not know the unseen!
3) I am not an Angel
4) I follow only that which is revealed to me
This Dialogue is not mentioned in the Bible.

Surah 11:25-32

[25] We sent Noah to his nation. (He said :) 'I am a Warner for you, and a bearer of glad tidings.
[26] Worship none except Allah. i fear for you the punishment of a painful day. '
[27] The unbelieving council of his nation said: 'we do not see you other than a human like ourselves. We see your followers are none but the lowliest amongst us, and their opinion is not to be considered. We do not see you superior to us, rather, we consider you liars. '
[28] He said: 'what do you think my nation! if i have a clear proof from my lord and he has given me mercy from him, though it is hidden from you, can we compel you to accept it when you hate it?
[29] My nation, for this i do not ask you for your wealth for my wage is only with Allah. nor will i drive away the believers, for they will surely meet their lord. but, i can see that you are ignorant.
[30] were I to drive you away my nation, who would help me from Allah? Will you not remember?
[31] I do not say to you that I possess the treasuries of Allah, and I do not know the unseen. I do not say I am an angel, nor do i say to those whom you despise; Allah will not give them any good. Allah knows best what is in their hearts. Indeed, if this were so then I would be amongst the wrong-doers (unjust).
[32] They said: 'o Noah, you have disputed, and disputed too much, with us. Bring (down) upon us that which you promised us, if what you say is true! '
[33] He replied: 'Allah will bring it (down) upon you if he will; you will never frustrate him.
[34] Nor will my sincere counsel benefit you if I sincerely desire to counsel you if Allah desires to lead you astray. He is your lord, and to him you shall return. '

The Dialogue between Mohammad and the Arabs at the time of Quran's revelation:
What Mohammad was commanded to say to the Arabs?
1) I do not have the treasuries of Allah
2) I do not know the unseen!
3) I am not an Angel
4) I follow only that which is revealed to me
5) Are the blind and the seeing alike?

Surah 6:48-50
[48] We send forth our messengers only to give glad tidings to mankind and to warn them. Those who believe and mend their ways shall have nothing to fear or to be saddened.
[49] But those who belie and reject our verses and signs, punishment and chastisement shall afflict them because they transgressed
[50] say: 'I do not tell you that I have the treasuries of Allah or know the unseen, nor do I claim to be an angel. I follow only that which is revealed to me. 'Say: are the blind and the seeing alike? Will you not think?

The in future Dialogue between Allah and Jesus
This dialogue will take place at the Day of Judgment!
Jesus will say: I do not know!

Surah 5:116-117
[116] and when Allah said: '(prophet) Jesus, son of Mary, did you ever say to the people: "take me and my mother for two gods, other than Allah?" 'Exaltations to you, ' he said, 'how could i say that to which i have no right? If I had said that, you would have surely known. You know what is in my self, but I do not know what is in yours. Indeed, you are the knowledgeable of the unseen.
[117] I spoke to them of nothing except that which you ordered me, that you worship Allah, my lord and our lord. I witnessed them whilst living in their midst and ever since you took me to you, you have been the watcher over them. you are the witness of everything.
[118] if you punish them (for their disbelief), they surely are your subjects; and if you forgive them, surely you are the almighty, the wise. '
[119] Allah will say: 'this is the day the truthful shall benefit by their truthfulness. They shall live for ever in gardens underneath which rivers flow. Allah is pleased with them, and they are pleased with him. That is the great winning. '
[120] to Allah belongs the kingdom of the heavens and the earth and what is in them. he has power over all things.
