Here is where you want to be careful. This should be a gradual thing, you do not want to overdo it. You want to gradually tweeze a line from the start of the brow to the arch.

For the end of the brow, again place the pencil eyeliner in a diagonal direction from outside eye corner, crossing the nostril and mid mouth section. For hairs that reach past that point, tweezing is necessary.

Finishing Up

Once you have finished tweezing and trimming, if you place the same pencil eyeliner in a horizontal line from start to end of the brow, you should find a straight and perfect line on both brows.
