They are more sought-after because of their additional education and experience that is rare and sparse among other nursing professionals.

A master's degree is also required along with a completion and passing performance in a state-approved training in nursing specialization like community health or women's health.

Health care has also been growing in other countries and its management and implementation are usually headed by certified registered nursing practitioners.
