One form of marketing tool will generally get you response even if it's a single one. But two or more mediums working together will definitely get you more leads than you ever dreamed of. As they say, more heads are better than one. Combining many marketing tools to serve your main goal in business will help you accomplish more and get you more clients.

One of the marketing combinations used today is postcard printing and marketing website.

Many of business owners today use print marketing postcards to promote their products and services in their area. Fact is, postcards remain to be the oldest form of marketing tool used by business owners. Nowadays, many business owners who have postcards, more often than not, also have websites promoting their business.

However, most of the time, business owners fail to understand the immense force of this combination. They don't understand fully that with the two marketing tools combined, they get to attract more clients as opposed to just using one of the two mediums.

You're missing the point…

What business owners miss most is how to effectively combine the postcard with their personal website. When you read a postcard, what do you most likely see written at the bottom part of the text? This might look familiar: For more information, please visit www.blah-blah.com.

The point is, how can you make one person go to one place when that person doesn't even know what he's getting, when and if he gets there. You think blind trust will get you anywhere with your target clients?

The only way to get your target audience to respond is to give them one good reason to do so. For them to visit your website and learn more about your business, you have to give them a reason to go. By adjusting your strategy to this logic, you will definitely double you leads and get more response to both your postcard and website.

Catch the Prize

Give them a reason to go. This is the main purpose of having your postcards printed and your website up and about. When you want your print postcards to work for your website, give them a reason to visit and learn more about your business.

Offer something special in your postcard such as a special prize if they happen to visit your website, instead of just urging them to come and learn more from your website. Just think of the traffic it will create if you are able to entice your target audience to get the price when they visit your website, and then leave their contact information when they get there.

And don't even get me started on the word-of-mouth marketing it can create when your target client got excited and was satisfied with what you had to offer.
