POWER-MAN - Forging The Identity And Attitude Fueling Extreme Personal Success

When you think about you, and what you can do, what comes up in your mind? I mean, how do you see yourself? How do you mentally position your level of capability? Capacity for growth, improvement and success? Current strength level (physical and emotional), and capacity to become even stronger? Capacity to advance, and press into even higher, and more substantive life impact/personal triumph realms?

Yes - how do you truly see you? Feel about you, and your potential? Indeed, what specific belief structure do you allow to define - and regularly animate - your self impression, and emotional state? Hmmm. Never thought about this before? Or, never thought about this remotely deeply before? Well then; just who are you? What are you? What's your base of identity? Personality? What, in fact, is your purpose for living?!

What version of your self do you extend out into the world, and embrace as self perception when you say "I"? And, is this "I"- by virtue of solid awareness of actual aptitude and capacity - purposefully self tailored? Self reinforced, and expanded upon? Decidedly positive/personal growth inclined? Or reflective of one who, though being minimally self defined and established, finds themselves an effect - an effect of the ideas, structures and will of others? (Instead of being the cause of what happens?) One who "waits to see" what others do, produce or demonstrate - and then reacts to this? (Instead of naturally, deliberately being a personal success/increase initiator?)

Hey -- really let yourself think about these latter concepts - being more-so an effect than a cause in your life (indeed, of your life). And being more-so a reactor instead of an initiator. Then, think of your current self concept and you'll make what I call the transforming, true self liberating discovery, which is:

The way you've defined you (or have mindlessly allowed yourself to be defined) determines your personal impact in life. And this includes the size and power of your body, bank account, life success level, and degree of life effectiveness.

You're either a Power-Man - a self and personal life creator. Or, you are an "Effect- Man"…someone who "tries", "hopes", "wishes", and "dreams" but is essentially "just along for the ride"! Yeah, a condition where you're not where you keep saying you want to be (complaining that the world doesn't give you the "breaks" you want/need in order to progress) - instead of breaking the self and world concept you've created -- and, by virtue of a re-defined self, then breaking on through to the realms you not only just "want", but at a very real inner point, sense are possible for you!

Power-Man - self and personal life and creator. Or, "Effect - Man"…shaped, molded, and allowing themselves to be defined by what has happened in their past, and what they experience happening around them now!

Which do you want? Ah, Power-Man? I thought so. As such, I'll now give you a 5 factor Self Concept Re-Tooling Framework you can use to dramatically build up your impression of self. Yes, and to do this in a way which moves you from "effect" of what was, to cause of what is. From "reactor" to Power-Man Life Increase and Success Initiator!

Interested? Thought you might be. So first, carefully read through the following Self Concept Re-Tooling Framework factors. Then, apply - and richly live - each exactly as outlined. The New Power-Man Self Concept Re-Tooling Framework

1.) Upgrading - And Power Infusing - Your Current Self Impression

Really think; how do you currently see yourself? Is it the embodiment of strength? Capability? Effectiveness? Dynamism? Filled with the capacity to improve, advance and decisively triumph? Or, is it low ebb compared to these preceding factors? Or…do you have any kind of clear, decisive self impression at all?

"Hey; I'm just - you know - an average, ordinary, regular guy -- I guess I see myself as that." Actually, average, ordinary and regular is either your choice or habit - your unquestioned image habit allowance. Because there have been times in your life when you've either said, done or achieved the exceptional; haven't there! (Yes - there have!)

And, what would happen if the you embodied within these times was how you purposefully chose to see yourself? How you see you has a direct correlation to how you impact (or don't impact) life. It also has a direct bearing upon how the world sees you.

Power-Man sees himself as a "can do, will do, wholly expect to succeed" person. This is the impression he upholds as defining him and his capacity. And this also justifiably exists within you; awaiting for you to now recognize, unite with, and use it to upgrade your personal self image.

So, recall the very last time you said or did the exceptional - yes -- the extraordinary. You know - that very last time when you boldly stood up, spoke up, acted up, and produced a masterful, decisive impact life result. You didn't wait, flake out or feign away; you were singularly - courageously - proactive. And your quality of effort produced an outcome vastly superior to that of the "ordinary" you.

Once you've mentally isolated this time, imaginatively zoom in on yourself. And notice:

A.) The specific look upon your face

B.) Your body posture

C.) The kind and quality of energy surging though you

D.) What the look upon your face seemingly communicates to the entire world

about you, your ability, and your intent

Keep clearly focused upon this you. And while remaining focused upon them, replicate and project each of A-D above.

Hold this self impression foremost in your thoughts (while replicating its specific A-D dynamic), and firmly say to yourself "This me is a decided part of me; I can choose to see me this way…from now on!"

Perform this self impression upgrade upon awakening in the morning, and before going to bed at night. And very quickly, you'll start naturally seeing yourself as this you - this Power- Man designated you - exclusively!

2.) Anchor, And Remain Emotionally Fueled By The Maximum You!

If there was one single most definitive time of you generating extraordinary personal impact in your life, what would this be? I mean, the most irrefutable and decisive time of you demonstrating a result, or results, that were clearly fueled by amazing courage, initiative, will, purpose, conviction, and the passionate refusal to accept anything less than total personal triumph.

As you search your memory banks, you will become aware of this time of extraordinary personal impact in your life. Perhaps, for you, it was in a business situation? Or, a trying domestic situation? Or, an entrepreneurial situation? Or, in a workout/training situation? Or, in a pressing relationship situation? Or, in a military service situation? Or, within a personal improvement process situation? Or, within a competitive sports situation? Or, within a personal need or survival situation?

Whatever this one most definitive time of you generating extraordinary personal impact was…you'll now use the sensory power within its stored memory as success stimulating fuel. (Perform the following for 5 consecutive days in the evenings, and you'll have it nailed.)

Seated or lying comfortably upon your back, inhale 3 long, deep breaths. Then, mentally isolate what, for you, is this one most definitive time of you generating extraordinary personal impact. Once you've got it singularly, and clearly identified in your mind, then imaginatively step into this memory scenario. Into your body. And wholly connect with its comprehensive sensory dynamic:

• See exactly what you see

• Feel exactly what you feel

• Think exactly what you think

• Mentally project your exact inner self-talk context

• Breathe exactly the way you breathe

Next, as you're seeing, feeling, thinking, inwardly communicating and breathing exactly as you do during your most definitive time of generating extraordinary personal impact, pinch your right thumb and index fingers together firmly. And hold them firmly pinched for 20 full seconds, while you continue seeing, feeling, thinking, inwardly communicating and breathing the way you do during your time of most extraordinary personal impact.

Next, continue keeping your fingers firmly pinched, and mentally, silently exclaim the word "POWER" five consecutive times with each exhalation.

Then, you can just s-l-o-w-l-y un-pinch your fingers, aware that you've now established a Power-Man anchor. The act of pinching your right thumb and index fingers together firmly, breathing as you do during your time of most extraordinary personal impact, and mentally exclaiming your key word "POWER" now activates the exact same energy and feeling state that inwardly fuels your time of most extraordinary personal impact!

Now, you can use this Power-Man anchor to fill yourself with incredible confidence and sense of capacity to conclusively triumph whenever you want to, or feel you need to (i.e., before meetings, presentations, speeches, workouts, max lifts, competitions, tests, sales calls, tough/demanding/challenging life situations, etc.).

Yes, from now on, when you pinch your right thumb and index finger together firmly, breathe as you do during your time of most extraordinary personal impact, and exclaim your key word "POWER"…you'll completely fill yourself with this force. And this is the emotional fuel that will naturally lead you into the realm of the incredible!

3.)Toughen Your Inner Dialogue; Speak To Your Self With Decisiveness And Power Mobilizing Conviction

If you were to examine the usual content of your inner conversations, would you find it to be positive and empowering? Pre-supposing problems, or success? Suggesting how tough life is - or how resilient and capable you are? Detailing true strengths and capacities you actually possess - or more-so why you might not, probably won't…or "never" will?

The ideas and concepts which repeatedly comprise your inner dialogue contexts become reinforced presumptions. In time, these then become unquestioned, accepted beliefs - and belief tendencies. And these then become self fulfilling prophecy; your outer world becomes a precise unfoldment - and externalization - of what comprises the scope of your continual inner dialogue affinity. Literally, your repeated, emotionally charged inner dialogue and self-talk attracts, harmonizes with, and creates external experience in precise accord with its context. And let me tell you - this ain't no "new age" BS; it's bottom line fact of life!

Just take a second to look at what you currently do, how you do it, and the results you're currently producing. And then, examine what usually comprises your inner dialogue and self-talk in these areas.

Are you inner dialoguing yourself into advancement? Increase? Personal gain? Decided improvement? No? Well then, why then would you continue reinforcing ideas and notions that limit you? What is your inner dialogue and self-talk regarding your ability, capacity, potential - and the possibilities you should expect - comprised of anyway?!

Let me give you 4 new inner dialogue tenets I want you to begin consciously "feasting upon" when you awaken in the morning. And then again, at about the midpoint of your day:

• I am a strong, capable and efficient personality; there are things for me do to that can, and

should be done better by me, than by any other person!.

• I can do, and wholly, successfully complete whatever I seriously set my mind to. I can

stick to a process, remain fiercely confident and determined, and continue doing what must

be done…until I come to prevail!

• I know that I have decisive ability; I've done tough, challenging and difficult things in the

past - and have handled them effectively - and conclusively made it through. I know this

same enhanced ability indwells me now; I see myself clearly as someone who possesses

notable skill - and fully gets the job done!

• I believe I'm supposed to succeed in my endeavors, and continue growing, expanding, and

increasing. And I know that what is good and empowering awaits me as the natural

outcome of my quality, purposeful efforts. With absolute certainty, I believe I am one

destined to triumph, driven to prevail; I am one who takes charge of life through pitting the

whole of my faith upon me coming to produce or materialize exactly what I believe…I Can!

I think you already know how things will change for you when you now continually feast upon these four tenets. Bon appetit!

4.) Purposefully Generate A Magnified Force Of Will (And Decidedly Success Geared Action)

I'm not saying you should impose your will to manipulate or intimidate others. I'm saying to proactively start generating your actions with an intensified force of purpose, energy, significance and life resolve.

Why do you keep letting yourself back off, stand down, accept just "Ok" or "mediocrity", or tolerate results that are less than you wanted or set out to produce?

Hey - lesser is never an impresser; only a triumph compelled force of will moves you down the road where you'll be ultimately fulfilled. Indeed, nothing lesser will suffice!

So, just how much force does your will and/or power bring to bear down upon life? Do you go at things truly motivated, and determined to get the tangible result you're after? Do your actions truly strive to succeed, advance, increase - or conquer? If not, why not! Yes - why do you act at all, especially within an intended personal increase/personal triumph pursuit, if striving to succeed, advance, increase or ultimately conquer is not what is fueling your effort?!

Do you think life will "just cooperate"? Do you think "Oh; it will be 'easy' for me"? Do you think "Hey -- I'll just naturally get all the help and support I need as I go along my way"? Do you think "Others really care about - and want me to succeed; they'll do what they say, as they've said it, and will gladly continue to assist my advance"?

Do you really think that thinking any of the preceding concepts represents what is real - or reality! If you do, then you're certainly an inexperienced greenhorn. To climb life's success mountain, you must be the one to pull, claw, scratch, and drive yourself up ever higher. And with the confidence born from decades of personal experience, I can tell you the mountain's force and terrain becomes markedly more formidable - and more defiantly challenging - the higher up you endeavor.

As such, only a strengthened force of will can fuel a truly meaningful, result producing "Life Success Mountain" ascent. And I mean a will that will not stop, waiver, doubt, or take no for an answer. Indeed, it will not even accept a partial yes. It will only dig its steely fingers into the mountain's sheer granite slopes…and keep pulling itself higher up, Up, UP, and then even Farther on up toward the level it has pre-determined it will reach!

Yes -- this is the only force of will embodiment that has any chance of actualizing ultimate personal conquest. And so, before you put your clothes on in the morning, I want you to put on your magnified force of will:

Say to yourself (and proclaim it down to the very depth of your soul) "In all I do - and with all I am - today I boldly stand up, speak up, act up - and remain laser focused, determined and driven as an extreme, personal triumph Initiator! I generate the force, power, intensity and will I must, which gets my job done - and produces the results I set out to - yes - the commanding results that I now determine I will!"

Put this magnified force of will "suit" on every day before you put your outer clothes on. And reinforce this magnified force of will personal vow throughout your day.

5.) The Power-Man P.M. Inner Strength "Pump-Up"

Now, before you get into bed to sleep, I don't want you to be like everyone else. No. I don't want you to allow the accumulated stressors from your day to subconsciously sink down, and cause havoc with your nervous system, and as such, have an undermining effect on your emotional power.

I want you to internalize a new self defining, Power-Man mental set. And this comprises reinforcing a new intent for living, and power inciting truths of character.

Yes -- this is so a Power-Man attribute connection and self identification is what you mentally "take to sleep" - night after power reinforcing night! And so, before you get into bed to sleep, you'll engage each of the 3 aspects of the Power-Man P.M. Inner Strength "Pump-Up".

Aspect 1: Mentally Reinforcing A New, Power-Man Intent For Living

Seated comfortably, take a l-o-n-g, d-e-e-p breath. Then, thoughtfully read (with conviction) each of the following ideals, making sure you f-e-e-l (as well as understand) each in a way where you sense it wholly filling you, and integrating as a decided part of you:

• With every important and meaningful task I engage, I purposefully strive for excellence,

and deliberately drive myself to advance, and become more!

• I strive to make in each engaged task an individually completed success unto itself; every

day I sustain this focus, and honor this directive toward thorough action efficiency and

completion.

• I am resolved to conclusively triumph; destiny is now my choice, my responsibility, and my

decision. And - in every thing I do - I go for it, and keep going for it, until I get what I want,

or produce the exact outcome I set out to!

Aspect 2: Integrating Power Inciting Truths Of Character

Next, having internalized these "New Intent For Living" ideals, maintaining the very same thoughtfulness and emotional connectedness, go ahead and read through these following "Power Inciting Truths Of Character":

• When I truly set my mind on something - I can, and do, get it all-the-way-Done!

• I have done the heroic, the masterful, the extraordinary in the past; I can, therefore,

do it again!

• I have - many times - demonstrated skill, ability, and competence beyond what I realized I

could do; this capacity is still part of me…now -- awaiting my belief and determination to

decisively - blatantly - activate it!

• I have come through for me in the clutch - in the moment of truth - in crunch times.

Yeah - when I absolutely, positively have to get something done…I conclusively Do!

• When I hold tight to what I believe is possible, I can cope with, Stay Tough with, and sustain

a process…ultimately enduring it until I conclusively succeed!

• I see myself as this Maximum Me - that's right - and I wholly connect with, embrace, and

generate this power within all I think, all I say, and all I do!

Aspect 3: Pre-Programming A Vital, Power-Man Tomorrow

Now, filled with the ideas and sentiments of aspects 1 and 2, you'll subconsciously script your tomorrow the embodiment of these ideals applied.

So, seated comfortably, let your eyelids close, and project your mind into your tomorrow - where you'll graphically experience yourself as Power-Man -- doing what he does, the way he does it, and producing the outcomes his impact naturally does!

And so, envision how you - as Power-Man - arises from bed, and showers, dresses, cooks and eats breakfast, drives to work - performs at work -- on the phone, in meetings, engaging your tasks and responsibilities - and how he acts within all other things comprising what you know you'll experience during your tomorrow.

Don't just "visualize" this. Imaginatively step into the picture, and fully, perceptually live your tomorrow as Power-Man (as I've outlined above).

When you've finished this pre-programming Power-Man tomorrow aspect, inhale another long, deep breath. And as you exhale, let your eyelids open, and then go on with any "getting ready for bed" routine you may have.

Performing aspects 1-3 (as outlined) is an instrumental integration process serving to make Power-Man tendencies an ever more natural, ingrained part of you, and the actions you generate. The Final Infusion

Now you have the full 5 factor Power-Man upgrade blueprint. Remember: Getting what you want requires bringing forth the most - and the best - within you…continually. Indeed, it demands your full ability and power capacity be mobilized, and generated day after motivated day!

This is the way Power-Man naturally approaches and engages life. Build him. Reinforce him. Become him. Stay him!
