For those of you not aware of the current opportunities being touted by some of the leading experts in the field of Wealth and Marketing let me get you up to speed here. Recently guys like Donald Trump, Robert Kiyosaki, Bob Proctor, Robert Allen and Paul Zane Pilzer have focused on the new face of Network Marketing and MLMs only to lend their full support to the opportunities these organizations offer the average American worker. If you take even a brief moment to look into the new dynamic that MLMs are offering out to those who choose to come on board to sell their products and services -then you will see the immediate contradiction within the general process that most of these agencies propose to their members to build their down lines. The first problem is that in most cases the way to build that down line comes from mainly two types of sources

1. Lead Lists

2. Warm Market Leads

Let me take a moment here to explain each of these techniques separately. Lead lists seem to be a typical part of the normal process that is encouraged for new members to recruit potential Team Members and gain consumers that will continue to reorder the products they are using on a monthly basis from the organization as well as to add to that system by getting others who decide to enter the business side of their company - and to "Duplicate" the system they are taught to put into practice. However the problem with this form of Marketing is that it comes down to acting out as a glorified Cold Caller. In most cases the organization itself will have a Lead List source system of their own for members to order from or they will give information out relating to private services that offer such lists. This in and of itself is a stale and slow process by any means that more often than not will result in pouring out tons of upfront cash to acquire those leads and likely lead to frustration because of the time it takes to get someone on board as a member on their down line.

Here's the biggest snafu -how are you going to convince others to do the same? How many people are really going to have the financial resources to continue to pay out money for leads and put in the time to call and build -as well as fund the usual monthly requirement to purchase a specific dollar amount in products in order to remain a member...Are you starting to get the big picture here? You will only be taking on an up hill battle. Why on earth would any one do that? Don't make this mistake -it will only put a black cloud in your business venture that you never want to encounter -especially considering the fact that it is your purpose and intention to make money -not to throw it away with a process that is currently out dated.

What happens in this method of marketing is only a few rise to the top of the heap while the majority fail or give up because they can no longer afford to feed a "Dream". Many months and tons of cash can go out before seeing any real significant results and often people leave because they got into the opportunity to make money -not to spend it waiting around for the benefits to slowly emerge that will make them the Heavy Hitters they expected to become when they joined. This is the first reason the old ways of Marketing and building a network in MLM fails. It is important for anyone considering this option to recognize and avoid this unnecessary form of recruiting. If you learn nothing else from this information-don't forget this lesson!

That being said I am lead to reason number 2 that people fail in Network Marketing: the infamous "Warm Market Lead". Have you ever considered the idea that the people your potential members know may be the most critical and least supportive individuals they are apt to come into contact with during their attempt to build their Wealth Generating Empire? Or what about the most obvious aspect to this group of folks: The Network Marketer themselves -not everyone is keen on getting the people they know involved with their business venture! Some people are not comfortable with approaching those they know -for fear of rejection...how's that for insight to the apprehensions involved with going to our close-knit group of friends and relatives? Many gun-ho recruiters fail to get this concept.

So -if these types of companies are such a great thing, then why all the conflict in recruiting a down line in order to succeed? The answer is much less complex than one might initially perceive. It is the system one uses that makes or breaks a business and taking advantage of the new steam line options available on the Internet is a way to virtually overcome all the normal road blocks we come into contact with when not utilizing these forms of tools that allow Chance instead of Leverage to lead you in your attempt to succeed.

Lead Generating On line is one way to accomplish a lead source base full of hungry, ready and willing participants eager to learn the smarter vs. the harder way of recruiting new members into ones organization. Utilizing opportunities via an Opt-In Lead process is a sure way to obtain such a list. E-mail is also the quickest way to initiate contact with those who opt-in to your system. If you find yourself ready to begin the path to taking the normal conflicts and roadblocks out of your way...remember it is the leverage a system or process offers. I know first had that this route can and will work for you because I do it myself. Do yourself a favor and take the time to research your options. Find people who are succeeding in Network Marketing and get on board to learn their techniques -if it is now easier to succeed in MLMs and recruiting why wouldn't you at least look into it? It's your choice, but in the end it all comes down to what you do and how you do it. Keep that in mind the next time you ask yourself -"How can I become a Heavy Hitter in Network Marketing the easy way?" One hint I will leave you with is it is not going to be in calling a lead list! If you really want leads...make them come to you first!
