What excites most individuals is the aura that embodies features such as financial independence, no bosses, no limits to wages, and above all the freedom to innovate and test one's own abilities. Whichever route one takes, -starting a business or taking over one,- it has both exciting thrills and myriad challenges, both of which need to be delicately balanced.

Equitable distribution:

All resources/efforts being scarce commodities, time, money, financial inputs, managerial excitement, need to be properly balanced, such that entrepreneurial interest is made to perform better. Hard work and an excellent plan have no substitute.
