How To Choose The Right Color In Cosplay Makeup

1) The colors of the makeup have to match with people's personality. Some people are pure and pretty, some are elegant, and some are sexy and cool. Colors have their own styles too. The pure and pretty group, is more suitable for pink series, and no strong or heavy colors; the elegant group is more suitable for rose or purple, and choose coffee, or dark grey for the eye shadow, which are not strong contrast with the main color; and the sexy group could choose the enthusiastic red, and use dark green and dark blue for eye shadow, which could be a strong contrast.
2) Age is another factor to consider. For younger girls, the pink series lipstick could be the first choice, while the mature women is more suitable for strong colors, because that could make you look great and attractive.
3) Another important factor to consider is the color of the costumes.
If the costumes are of light colors, the makeup should be keep consistent.
If the costumes are strong single color, we could choose the same or close series color. For example, if green or blue costumes, makeups could use red or orange.
If the costumes are black, grey or white, makeups could be colorful, strong, while non shine(silver).
If the costumes are red with flowers or stripes, use the minor color as makeup color. For example, if the costume is composed of mainly white, with pink dots, pink could be considered for makeup first.
