If you want to balance your work with the given time and avoid irritations then follow certain methods to stay healthy. Avoid eating heavy meals less than four hours before retiring to bed at night. Before going to bed you better relax. Relaxation can be done in various ways like taking a bath; add a few drops of lavender or chamomile oil to the water to get a good night sleep. It is strictly recommended that insomnia sufferer should reduce the intake of alcohol, smoking, caffeine and other stimulants in the evening. It is also advised to avoid eating processed foods and sugars. Exercise could be great help for the sufferer if taken it seriously. Besides this if you can sleep on a magnetic bed then you can realize the reaction very soon provided the arrangements should be made in a proper way. Arrange the bed in such a way that it faces the geographical North Pole or you can also keep the magnet with its North Pole at the head of the bed. You can also take 6ounces of bipolar magnetized water morning and evening.
