When selling your staged home you will learn how much faster it sells than other homes on the market. This is an advantage anyone would look for when it comes to selling. Keeping your home in the newspaper or paying a realtor not only takes up much of your time, but can be costly as well. The shorter period of time your home is on the market, the greater gain that is for you. Staged homes tend to sell 30 to 40 times faster than any other home on the market. Imagine that!
After your home has been on the market for quite sometime, there is nothing you can do but lower the asking price. Once it has been long enough and you are eager to move into or put an offer on a house that you were interested in. Next thing you know, someone comes along and gives you a lower offer than you hoped for, and you feel determined to sell your home therefore end up letting it go for less. Here is where you lose more money. Research has shown that staged homes sell for much more money because of this scenario.
When it comes to most situations, people always have to approve of the outside before wanting to go inside and learn or see more. A staged exterior is said to attract individuals looking at a home. Would you want to look inside a home that looks like it's lawn has not been mowed in a couple months and all it's flowers are dead? Well if you are any buyer who is looking to get a house that has been taken care of and well worth its money, someone pulling up to your home for sale would rather see a nice trimmed lawn with trees or flowers. When having a beautiful exterior it leads people to come in and look for more on the inside, rather than driving to the next house they were going to look at.
Since real estate is expensive these days, when buying a house most individuals want something they fall in love with immediately. When first walking into anyone's house you know, you can tell right away whether you like the set up, if its too complicated for you, too simple for you, or just the right entrance. It usually takes people looking at your house fifteen seconds to decide whether or not they like it when they first walk in. That means your entrance has fifteen seconds to impress your buyers!
Once you have gotten them through the entrance way, you cannot give up there. The kitchen is a prime factor for many buyers on the market. Considering it is where a lot of time is spent and gets the most use, having a nice kitchen always helps you sell your house. Like any house you would like to buy, you do not want to have to move in and repair everything. Make sure everything is working, looks nice, and is ready to go when someone buys it.
When it comes to realtors, they tend to enjoy working with staged homes. Because they sell fast and sell for more, so why would they not want to sell your home? With a staged home there will be agents all over willing to work for you.
Once you attract a realtor you want to work with, it is a good idea to ask them to be on the top of the list. Also, since your realtor will want to sell your home for you as quick as possible, that means they will advertise it that much more! Now you are getting the spotlight you need and you will be able to sell your home even quicker.
If you have read all of the above you should know that selling a staged home is the way to go. What can you lose by not doing this way besides money? Money is not something anyone wants to lose and buying selling your staged home it will saves you tons. Keep in mind all of the advantages. Sells quicker, sells for a higher price, more realtors willing to work for you, and more advertisement. What more can you ask for?
