When a Personal trainer of any local gym or club refers a client, co-worker or friend to the Best Fish and Seafood Market for a weekly meal plan of freshly grilled fish, they eat fish on the house. Our fish and seafood is fresh daily from the lakes, seas and oceans.
Naturally high in protein. Our special meal plan for those wanting to lose weight quickly, consists of eating healthy and in the right portions and a supervised exercise program.
A special meal plan consists of 7 daily meals of 8oz. of freshly grilled fish. A meal plan card will be given, that will be punched every meal. The cost of the weekly meal plan is $60.00 when paid in advance. The cost per meal is $9.00 without the card. You can choose from the following fish: Salmon, Tuna, Orange Roughy, Cod, Sole, Tilapia or Flounder. We will not honor the plan without the card.
