Unlike trainers that exist solely for fashion and comfort, a different type of person, an athlete, looks for much more when it comes to deciding which trainer is right for them.

Being able to achieve enough stability in your ankles is one challenge, however being able to ensure they are lightweight and non-restrictive is another.

It is much more important to improve balance, posture and stability of the trunk than it is to improve leg or arm strength.
