Unlike trainers that exist solely for fashion and comfort, a different type of person, an athlete, looks for much more when it comes to deciding which trainer is right for them.
Being able to achieve enough stability in your ankles is one challenge, however being able to ensure they are lightweight and non-restrictive is another.

Very similar to the Titan but with just a heel cushioning wedge it is more flexible making it suitable for sprints and middle distance for the young club or school athlete. The shoulder girdle should be loose and allowed to bounce not be held down in a fixed position. Arms should be held with relaxed and the main focus of effort should be a downward & backward stroke. It is important to have good foot function and for this reason it is useful for athletes to spend as much time as possible barefoot.
