Losing weight these days has become a lot easier. Pills, starving yourself and miracle cures are not the answer. Well-monitored exercise is always a good idea, but to find the time in our busy life styles is not always possible. To lose weight effectively comes down to a couple of simple rules, what you eat, when you eat it, what you drink and when you drink it.

Yes it is that simple, well not really, the combination of different foods, the time of the day you eat them, and the quantity taken is very important factors. But the good news is you really don't need to starve yourself at all.
