Dermaitage produces a line of anti aging creams and skin care products for women. Dermitage supposedly reduces the signs of aging and restores youth and vitality to the face. Dermatage also offers many other skin care products concerned with reducing under eye puffiness, dark circles, and even cellulite. The information on the website assures visitors that the wrinkle cream is effective and almost like receiving a face lift without surgery or injections. This all sounds well and good for the average woman concerned about smoothing wrinkles and looking a bit younger. But does the anti aging cream actually work or is Dermatage a scam? Well, many are wondering why many users are protesting and stating that Dermatage is a big scam. Let's take a look at one of the most common Dermitage complaints.
The number one complaint about Dermatage is not the effectiveness of the anti aging cream or that maybe they are not the best wrinkle cream on the market but their business practices. A large number of consumers have complained that they were seduced by a misleading ad they read on the Internet stating that a free trial sample of Dermatage was being offered for small shipping and handling fee of $4.98. After responding to the ad and authorizing a shipping fee for the $4.98 on their charge card they found that their credit card was charged again the following month for a huge fee of about $99.00 and up even though they did not order any more skin care products. And this fee is charged to the customer's card on a regular cycle. This is a very common Dermitage complaint lodged against this company repeatedly by disgruntled customers who were duped into purchasing more products. Dermitage appears to be getting away with this tactic because most of the customers who reply to the free product offer do not read the fine print that warns them to return the product within 14 days or be charged. And trying to get out of the deal with Dermatage is almost impossible if the product is not returned promptly. It's a typical merry go round. You have to return the product to get a refund. But you can't get a refund if Dermatage has not received the product in a timely manner. So, take into due consideration the complaints lodged against Dermatage before getting involved with Dermatage or their line of products.
