Been hammering some more GTA IV.. and its brilliant no doubt. But as I look up to the sky as I hurtle through the country on this comfortable yet forgettable train journey, I think to my self 'Helicopters' why aren't there any Helicopter games. Sure we had Airwolf on the NES, and a hand full of games that feature Helicopters, but I want to get down with some Helicopter love.

A Helicopter is a sexual object. It's shaped like a sperm, but has deadly blades that could cut through humans. Clearly appeals to both men and women, so why do we not have more games based on them? Well, admittedly in most games they feel quite lame to control, you always get the feeling that a plane would be better, faster, stronger, quicker and just plain more fun than the humble helicopter. Well games industry I've laid the gauntlet, make a game with a sexual helicopter that's fun. Pilotwings (Snes), you see that works, proof that we can make relatively mundane vehicles fun. But that's realism, it doesn't have to be. Games are brilliant at creating fictional universes. How about this one? A Helicopter sperm has to travel to the flying womb of Babylon, to fertilize some renegade eggs.

Let's be honest though there's too much money involved in games these days, unless it was a rip off of something else it would never see the light of day. A shame really, in the olden days every game was completely different from the last, well ish, or at least it was trying to be.
