Why Cheap Articles Are Not Worth Your Time

Cheap articles are the wallflowers in the party; who cares they exist? Like VIP guests, only valuable content gets the attention of site visitors. VIP guests attract people to move closer to them. Like VIPs, valuable content demands a higher price because they make the more important and sophisticated clients come and stay longer at the party!

Why invest so much of your time and money on your site if you won't market it properly? Stay away from cheap articles if you want your business to survive. Similar to other cheap products, behind cheap articles are the ugly realities of duplication, mass production, theft, unfair labor, and unethical business practices. Cheap articles are a marketers' and business development managers' nightmare! So many things can go wrong by using cheap articles.

Why are they cheap?

It takes less time to produce cheap dollar articles because they are just articles re-written multiple times. These articles are weak and uninteresting to read because the original articles contain the right words that precisely express the value of the content. The content stealer or duplicator is limited to using diluted words. Like cheap perfume, they repel site visitors instead of attracting them to stay and spend more time on your site.

There are also original cheap articles but they come from outsourcing companies who profit from the labor of writers from India who receive as little as 25% from the work they produce. Do not support the sweatshop industry of the knowledge economy. Like sweatshops in the garment industry, you will eventually get a backlash from the growing number of people in the United States that put a higher value on ethics than profits.

A loyal fan base is not built on cheap articles

Another big problem of cheap, paraphrased articles is that no checking is done on whether the content is based on credible sources of information. The quality of your articles represents the quality of the products and services you are marketing in your website to your site's visitors. More importantly, it reflects on you as the site owner. If you cannot back up the credibility of the content of your site, you will be, at the very least, ignored or even flamed by internet word of mouth.

Also, valuable content gets your site bookmarked for future visits. It motivates visitors to subscribe to your e-mail list. Your content does its work in connecting you with the growing population of Internet consumers and beginning a relationship with them. Quality content directs you to the right path towards growing your business.

Finally, valuable content gets your site recognized and indexed in search engines that are developing more advanced technologies to help their clients get the most relevant information. Cheap site optimization gimmicks cannot help you win points with newer SEO technology. So use good business judgment and stay away from cheap articles!
