Here's a simple ab workout for females to develop sexy, feminine abs. Best part is, you can do this at home and avoid going to the gym.

1. Vacuum Pose
This is the best ab exercise you can do to lose inches off the waist. My average client loses about 1.75 inches off her waist in less than 1 month. Here's how you do it...
Suck in your belly button as far as possible... like you're sucking it into your lower back. Next, hold that sucked in position for as long as possible... 15-60 seconds is ideal. Rest briefly and repeat. Do at least 5 minutes of this each and everyday and in 1 month you can expect to lose around 1.75 inches.
I've had clients do this for 15-20 minutes a day and lose 3 inches in a month.
2. Hula hoop
This is great to tone the abs and waist area. You can get a hula hoop for $3. Just twirl it around your waist for 5-10 minutes everyday. It would be even better if you broke it up by doing 2 minutes 5 different times each day. That gives you 5 different mini-workouts to boost your metabolism.
3. Ab Wheel
Those little wheel things for your abs work... and they're not easy if you use them correctly. Grab the handles and get on your toes or knees. Then wheel it out in front of you as far as possible. Now roll it back in. This creates a tremendous amount of tension and pressure on your abdominal muscles. Try to do 25-50 repetitions 4 days a week.
If you start to do this simple ab workout for females, you should start to notice improvements within a few short weeks.
