The simple tips to get rid of your cold sores are:


1. Using ice is the first way to get rid of cold sores. Ice will help keep your sores from spreading and becoming worse. Also, it will help prevent a breakout. So, if you feel that you are about to have a breakout, rub ice on the area to prevent the sore from developing.


2. Tea bags are another way to get rid of your cold sores. Tea bags have tannic acid in them that help you reduce pain and help prevent breakouts. So, place tea bags on your sores for about 5 minutes everyday.


3. Rubbing aloe vera oil on your sores is another way to help you get rid of your cold sores. Aloe vera oil will help heal your sores fast.


4. Petroleum jelly is a good way to get rid of cold sores. Apply a small amount of petroleum jelly (or vaseline) to your sores. The petroleum jelly helps keep your sores from cracking and spreading.


5. Eating healthy is another effective way of getting rid of cold sores. By eating healthy, you will get the vitamins and minerals needed to prevent cold sores. Also, make sure you eat yogurt. It has many health benefits that will help you cure your sores.


These are some tips on getting rid of cold sores. If you have sores, you should do something about it now. If you wait too long, your sores could become worse and could spread.
