How big have your thoughts been in 2006?

For all of us who have just celebrated the Christmas period, how big were your wishes? Were your wishes fulfilled?

Were you able to topple the thinking and wishing big of your children? How many children do you know wished and dreamt of getting the X-box or Play-station for Christmas and their dreams were fulfilled?

Were you able to provide for the wishes of your children and give them their hearts desires or did you make excuses and tell them no! Not this year?

You know it's funny, that children think big all the time, its easy for them, but as the child grows and matures into an adult the thinking shrinks, I just don't get it.

I have had many mentors who have all been responsible for teaching me that the key to the lock that opens the way to abundance in wealth is learning how to think big.

Donald Trump and Robert Kiyosaki of "Rich Dad Poor Dad" fame, during 2006 wrote a book together called "Why We Want You to be Rich". When first introduced to Trump, Kiyosaki talks about how he could not imagine himself being a partner with someone so rich. Kiyosaki admits that he forget to think big, however when he visited Trump Tower the magic of thinking big quickly came back.

It just shows that even the rich need to remember the importance of thinking big.

Business people need to think big, if a business thinks small the results show in the balance sheet.

Does your personal balance sheet show how your thoughts were for 2006?

You have the choice to change all that, start thinking big and improve your wealth for 2007. Start by listing what you want, be creative in your list, be honest, wish what you desire for you and your family and be sure to include aspects of your health. Don't start your list with "by" start your list with "I will have". Don't put a date on them that is unattainable better to put into 1 year, 2 year, 5 year and 10 year goals. Short term goals and dreams are just as important as your long term goals and dreams.

Exercising your thought patterns into thinking big will help to unleash the power that you hold within; it is really just about increasing your energy and enthusiasm and it is about change. Changing the way you have been thinking in the past and the reason why your problems don't go away, or the reason they just seem to escalate, changing your thinking to being able to create openings and opportunities that you never imagined were possible.

There are so many examples of people who have changed their way of thinking, which has through the opportunity they created added value to them, which in turn made them wealthy.

Don't think that the wealthy or rich don't have financial problems, they do, it is just that they do not look at them the same as you do. They have changed the way they think and they use the problem and the method of solving the problem as education and knowledge. The knowledge in turn adds to their self value and what they give back to their community. These successful people have moved from complacency to creativity and being totally accountable and responsible for every aspect of their daily being. They all stipulate the "I will have" when writing their goals.

Einstein defined insanity as "doing the same things over and over" Are you going to keep on doing the same as you have been doing, or is 2007 your year for change?

Education relating to wealth is a starting point, get yourself a mentor and you too can begin to solve your problems by changing the way you think, by thinking big and by increasing your creativity and opportunities you will increase your value to yourself and your community. Increase your self value and you increase your wealth.
