Ballerina Themed Party and a Little Bit of Sesame Street
Mix and match these two themes any way you desire. For instance get one pack of pink plates and one of the sesame street themed plates and mix them for the guests to eat from at the party. You can put up mixed streamers of yellow and pink around the party area. The same goes for balloons of these colors. A birthday banner placed in an easy to see area of the room will catch the eye and proclaimed the parties intention to all.
Keep the guests active by leading them in a few ballerina moves around the party area. You can turn it into an informal game of Simon Says, but with dancing. Another way to keep the girls at your ballerina themed party interested is by handing out some sesame street coloring books and crayons. A piñata is fun and will help the guests get out all that excess energy and there are plenty of Sesame street themed piñatas that are available for purchase.
When the guests leave hand out some goodie bags for theme to take home. You can put in Ballerina Sesame street stickers, pink dots, sesame street tattoos (Don't worry they're temporary!), mini tambourines so they can make their own music to dance too and even mini coloring books and sets of crayons. The goodie bag itself can be themed after Sesame street too so save some time and get out there!
