Phentramin Review

Whenever I look at an all-natural appetite suppressant, I think "oh dear... not again." I mean they all seem to be based off of the same hoodia cactus extract, and on the whole they're usually absolute rubbish. At first glance, Phentramin appears to be nothing more than a marketing ploy, so let's investigate...

Take one look and you can tell it's being marketed as the alternative to Phentermine. The pills are blue capsules, the bottle is a pharmacy-grade bottle with instructions on the back; and heck, it's even called Phentramin, which could be mistaken for the real thing if you've just been out on the town.

But the owners of the company admit that it's not quite so brilliant as Phentermine. I mean it's not remotely similar to amphetamines, so you're not supposed to that wired feeling. However, it is supposed to give you a decent energy boost and suppress your appetite all day.

But what is Phentramin really like to use? Well obviously we needed some kind of test dummy... That'll be me, then. So, I took one capsule this morning, and to be honest, I forgot to eat. See I started writing this article and then I suddenly developed a desire to play my drums. I played hard. Various rock bands have been known to play as hard as I did today. Then I washed dishes and now I feel like a workout!

So, within 15 minutes of taking Phentramin, I felt a decent energy boost, and since I wasn't hungry at all, it took a few hours to realize it was 2:51pm and I hadn't eaten lunch. I'm going to try eating a sandwich after I finish this review. I gotta meet my minimum calorie intake for the day, so I'll have a turkey and ham on whole wheat! Make sure you meet your minimum calorie intake - permanent weight loss can only happen if you eat enough to keep your metabolism going strong. It doesn't matter what diet pill your use.

There are supposed to be some side effects including headache and sleeplessness, but I haven't noticed anything. Also, the side effects list of Phentramin is a lot shorter compared with Phentermine. No cold hands or feet. No weird heartbeat or high blood pressure.

So, the bottom line is that at least for me, Phentramin works. I wasn't hungry all day, and I had extra energy that made me extra productive.

After trying Phentramin, I can see that it works and I've started recommending it to any friends who are trying to lose weight.
