Power of Discipline

Do you want to seriously take your life to a new level?

Then what I am about to suggest may seem small and insignificant but without it, success in any area of your life is not possible. And with it, success is possible in all areas of your life.

The principle of crawling before you walk applies to discipline as much as any other character trait you possess. Once it is instilled as a character trait within you, it leaks into every other area of your life. You get automatic benefits in your business, health, relationships and more.

Let's go!

The power of discipline has the power to transform your results. With just a few simple and seemingly minor changes you can create major impact on your health, wealth, relationships and more.

Disciplines you develop in ANY area of your life will crossover into ALL other areas.

Could someone convince you they were organized if they failed to keep a clean office?
Could you be convinced of someone's trust if they talked about other people to you behind their backs?

And the most important direction to point these questions is this...

Could you convince yourself you can be rich when you struggle to maintain any regular form of savings? Could you convince yourself you can be healthy and maintain your ideal weight when you cannot go 7 days without chocolate or fried foods etc?

The key to achieving and growing your discipline muscle is to engage in something of a healthy and empowering nature on a daily basis for a pre-decided period of time.

Here's a few simple suggestions -
1. Get up at a specific time each morning (i.e. 6am) from Monday to Saturday and read or exercise for 30-60minutes
2. Go on a detox diet for 10-14 days and clean your body up. The discipline of working through the headaches and tiredness to come out fresher and healthier on the other side is a great test of your discipline.
3. Write in a diary every night. Jot down what you learned and achieved.
4. Write your personal and career goals out every morning for 21 days straight. You will have more focus and achieve far more in the these 21 days than you have in the last 3 months

Whatever it is you decide to do, the key is to develop the discipline. Be aware that you get the immediate benefit in whatever area you choose to focus on but the long term benefit comes from building your discipline muscle.

Discipline is built on consistently and ruined by exceptions.

Pick one and go for it - no exceptions and no excuses - just success!

Think BIG! Act BOLD! Have FUN!
