From suicide to supernatural power
Never allow negative discourse to devour
Your inner self-worth and personal pride
Boldly step up to the plate and look inside
Don't run from sorrow, neither try to hide
These battles are common to everyone
Though most never show or talk about them
Be encouraged friend. You are not alone
Take rest, be settled, your heart is home
There is a loving God in heaven far up above
Ready to embrace you in His arms of love
To strip from within you, deadly insecurity
Foul thoughts, little lies, and deceitful impurity
Big Daddy is on the scene to give you steam
Set you in the right direction and not demean
His loves is unconditional beyond what seems
To be the societal norm, by which most conform
Discount, disqualify, and discredit most guys
Christ Jesus above wants you to lift up your eyes
Never look down upon yourself and don't despise
The wonderful person who you are deep within
God created you to be like Him and mightily win
To overcome overwhelming circumstances
To dance your way into your destiny happily
To live above and beyond perplexing difficulty
You don't have to understand everything now
Just trust me as the Holy Spirit shows you how
Empowers you to enter newness of life and flow
Giving divine revelation and manifestation to know
The wisdom and power of an awesome Creator
Who slaps upon you His sweet success and favor
God is cool and can even improve your flavor
So souls dig your style, deeply crave and savor
To deal with dirt, hook up with God on the double
I say your soul doesn't need to be bound in trouble
A new day of victory and freedom I declare for you
Only believe as God will uplift and see you through

Christ died and rose again triumphantly over tragedy
Therefore you will to as you praise Him expectantly.
