Sick And Tired Of Acne? Discover The Real Reason Why It's Not Going Away

You wake up and the first thing you do is make a bee line for the bathroom mirror, hoping against hope that you don't have another awful breakout or pimple on your skin to deal with. Your face crumbles and you feel that void in your chest as you confirm that you've had yet another breakout during the night. You sigh and start your daily cleansing routine, hoping against hope that it will finally start to work and finally get rid of your acne.
But secretly you know it won't.
I've been in your same exact shoes. I had acne throughout my teen years that was never really a problem. Sure, I had a pimple here and there, but nothing that was big or worrisome. Until I started getting older and into my 20's, that is. By the time I was 23, I had full blown cystic and nodular acne. I could barely get myself out of bed to go to work or to school. I couldn't look people in the eye because I was so ashamed and embarrassed at my appearance.
After nearly a decade of searching, however, I finally discovered the problem. The problem was all the crap I was putting on my face. You see, acne doesn't have a single thing to do with your skin. In fact, every single cause, symptom and visible problems of acne all start within our bodies. Yet we keep plugging away, faithfully putting products on our skin hoping that they'll work.
But they never will because they can't possibly deal with the real problems within your body. Acne is caused by problems such as to much insulin our blood stream. What insulin does is causes our skin to die off faster than it should, dries out our skin and also causes our skin to produce way to much oil. If these sound familiar to you, they should! They're all the so called reasons for acne breakouts!
But if we get rid of the real internal problems inside, such as the insulin, then those problems will simply vanish and our acne will disappear forever.
