An authentically genuine effort can lead you to becoming a permanently and spontaneously happy person.

Self-investigation can become an adventure, which you will refuse to live without. As a matter of fact, you will begin to enthusiastically look forward to anything that can be done to see more about yourself and others, because you start to know that Real Life exists beyond your habitual and conditioned illusions and false beliefs.

Everything is good news. Though, for example, we may receive bad news on the level of economics or relationships, all can be good news inwardly if taken rightly. Absolutely every world, social and human event taken rightly can be good news. Here is why. Those shocks are trying to tell us that we are living in a pretence filled state of self-contentment. By seeing this, over and over again, we can start to break the harmful connections with self-defeat and invite self-liberation. That is good news!

The truth that may appear "harsh" or may shock the ego, can lead us to living healthier, happier lives.

It is a cheerful message that we don't have to put on a stage performance any more. We can effortlessly be who we really are.

We need not fear the incorrect operation of the mind and emotions. There is no law that says you must think painful thoughts or feel painful emotions.

Thank God that we can begin to sense that Something Else does exist.

The time can come when we cease to seek cheerful messages because we have started living a healthy and happy life, which is "Cheer" itself.
