Self hypnosis can be used to change your life by giving you access to your powerful subconscious mind! Let me explain: In order to change your life you must first learn to focus on what you wish to create or change! Your subconscious mind gives you more of what you focus on. Do not focus on what you don't want! If you have a lack in your life then focus on wealth, if you are suffering from an illness then focus on health, if you have discord in your life then focus on peace and harmony etc
When we desire to create a specific material object or situation in our lives, many of us tend to focus on the object itself instead of the feeling we will have when we have that object. By focusing on the feeling of what you want you expand your consciousness and you attain the object much quicker. Every desire is motivated by a feeling. Check out your own desires and you will prove that this is true.
You may also find that the object itself does not give the feeling we expected and this is why so many people experience an anti-climax when they reach their goals. So it is much better to go straight for the feeling you are really desiring before you ever manifest the object itself.
Once you have decided exactly what you want begin to imagine and, most importantly of all, feel that you already possess it. Engage as many of your senses as you can and daydream about it for awhile before you use the visualization in trance. You can also restructure your past, through your imagination, and relive it as though you always possessed that object!
The main reason we use hypnosis is to eliminate interference from the conscious mind so that we are able to fully experience a desired state (being in possession of your goal) as being reality in this very moment.
The subconscious mind does not distinguish between what is real and what is imagined! It will strive to make sure your outer world corresponds exacty to your inner beliefs. If it believes that you have or have always had your objective thenit will make sure your outer world reflects this! It operates mostly from your feeling nature.
The subconscious mind can be likened to a garden and in it you must plant seeds. Self-hypnosis is an excellent tool for planting these seeds. You need not concern yourself with how is the seeds will just as you would not need to concern yourself with such matters if planting a daisy in your garden. You only need be concerned about watering it and ensuring you remove all the weeds!
You can water your seeds regularly by feeding your mind with images of your objective. Think about it positively and use self hypnosis to reinforce your visualizations. Weed out doubts, fears, anxieties and conflicting beliefs by choosing the appropriate hypnosis programs. All good self hypnosis sessions include a clearing away of self limiting beliefs that surround your desired goal!
If your objective appears to be impossible to achieve from where you are at present then break it down into smaller more easily achievable goals. Believe that it is possible to achieve and even if you don't believe it act as though you do. Eventually you will believe it!
Commit yourself to having what you want. Decide that not having it is not an option! Decision is the cornerstone of all goal attainment.
Once you have set the wheels in motion - Let Go!
If you received a phone from a trusted family member today telling that they won some money and were giving you $5,000, which you will receive in two days time, would you worry about how the money was going to be delivered or where it came from?
You would not have a feeling of 'wanting' the money because you know it is already yours and you would not be concerned about how you got. You would expect it to be delivered and this same expectation is needed when using self hypnosis.
Perhaps you have noticed times when you think about something you want and then you completely forget about and all of a sudden that thing happens. You let go, albeit unintentionally and because you forgot about it, you got out of your own way and allowed your subconscious mind to attract it to you.
You may also be aware of time when the reverse happened. You wanted something so badly that you kept thinking about it and wishing you had it, feeling the lack because you didn't have it and no matter how hard you tried to get it you just couldn't create it in your life. You didn't let go!
Start practicing gratitude for each step that brings you closer to your goal. This will help dissolve many obstacles currently in your way and also help you to develop the correct focus.
There will be times when your goal will manifest in ways that are slightly different from your visualized outcome. It is important to be aware and grateful for the fact that what you asked for has been manifested for you, albeit in a slightly different way.
Many times the subconscious will bring a manifestation that, in the long term, will bring much better benefits to you. Also take note that the outer reality is merely a reflection of your inner reality. Change your mind and you will change your life. Become aware that you are the master of your fate and that your thoughts and feelings determine your reality through the power of your focus and you will transform your life!
