Acne is a terrible condition that some people advocate is impossible to cure. However, those with knowledge in natural health methods know different... In this brief article I will explain how I cured my own chronic acne after 11 years using natural health methods...

Firstly, I realized after many years that the majority of my acne was related to what I ate on a regular basis. I found out that the main food type that was causing my acne was vegetable oil. After avoiding vegetable oil for only a day or two I noticed the my acne became 50% less severe! I researched this thoroughly and found that vegetable oil disrupts the hormonal balance and results in inflammation and acne. There is a lot more detail to this subject of acne and inflammation but the bottom line is vegetable oil is the worst inflammatory and acne causing food there is!

After avoiding vegetable oil and a couple of other foods, I started to get a lot more nutrients into my body. I did this by taking certain supplements and by eating lots of wholefoods and vegetables. Nutrients such as vitamins, minerals and enzymes are mostly not found in modern processed food, and just by changing my diet slightly I found a major difference to my skin.

The last step I used to cure my acne was killing off a fungi I had in my body which was disrupting my digestive system. Once I got rid of this I found that my skin was reliably 100% clear and my life since then has been much happier to say the least! You should try these three simple methods for yourself and see the difference!
