Quit worrying and start reading, that is where I was years ago but have since found out what works and what doesn't...but only after buying $1,000's of ebooks, software, members only subscriptions...ad nauseum and being chained to the computer for 10-14 hours everyday, including Sundays, and pulling my hair out and losing my health...make sure you to get up and exercise each and every hour at least or you come down with a DVT and PE (Deep Vein Thrombosis and Pulmonary Embolism, I had both).

There is a lot of competition in Internet Marketing and your life will be one of great frustration attempting to outdo these IM guru's. They have the money, savvy and extra help to make superior products and know how to promote them. In addition they conspired with each other in a joint venture, which isn't necessarily a negative thing but many times it is. Aren't you tired of seeing the same email ad from 30 different marketers?
Here is my suggestion, research an easy software program to design a website. There are free one's out there but they aren't that easy to use. SiteBuildIt! is the finest for anyone just starting out. I used it when it was first offered and found it to be an incredible tool that not only built a great looking page but designed it for the Search Engines, and now easily adds video (which is very hot). Not a beginner in IM? No problem, SiteBuildIt! will be perfect for anyone except maybe a pro.
Finally, ensure you pick a niche that has some monthly searches and has under 100,000 results. You can do this manually or use other tools that might cost a bit. I have a list of these tools on the page below.
Whatever you do, ensure you stay focused and don't get swayed or some other b.s.
Spend a few bucks and most significantly get to work.
