Qualified - Schmalified - You Don't Need A Degree To Get Paid To Write

Some people hide from the truth, while others are embracing it and enjoying the fruits that it can produce. Sure, there's a lot of truths out there; the one to which I am referring is this: You do not have to be a "professional" in order to get paid to write content!

It's a grievous misconception that unless you have a degree in english or have some fancy attachment next to your name, that you cannot profit from your ability to communicate through writing in a clear and concise manner. This myth is nonsense, and unfortunately many ordinary people that could become successful writers are blinded by this fallacy.

The fact of the matter is, not everyone who needs written content has the ability to write in the way that they would like to. Whether it is because of poor schooling, a poor childhood or even just plain old poor genetics - some of these 'non-writers' couldn't put together a 100 word article that could be easily deciphered to save their own life.

Where these 'non-writers' lack in the ability to write, they more than make up for in their ability, and willingness, to pay someone else to write for them. You don't have to have a formal writing education, you don't need to be a teacher or scholar: A major quality that a buyer looks for in a writer is their ability to write! Yes, it seems obvious, but it's the absolute truth. In every freelance job I have accepted, I only had to provide samples of my work, not qualifications.

That's not to say that qualifications are bad by any means: The whole point here is to let you, the "unqualified" writer know, that you can get paid to write as well.
