THE GREAT PLAYBOY by Florante Alumia April 1, 1996 http://www.super-euthanasia.com

April 1, 1996, Taft Avenue

I was riding on my motorcycle along this busy avenue with my new girlfriend. This lady was sexy and beautiful; a woman every man will desire. We went to a 5-storey building. After reaching the rooftop, she got off and turned her back while waiting for me to follow. Immediately, I drove my motorcycle as fast as I could, leaving her behind. She was desperately crying while running after me. I went down through the building and I didn't see her anymore. Finally, I completely left the building with a feeling of happiness. At last, I am free again!

That is just my routine and way of life. I court girls, make sweet promises to them (which are meant to be broken) and try to win their heart and trust. When I'm through or not satisfied anymore, I finally leave them. That is life for me. I always want that every girl is running after me, literally. It makes me feel superior, loved and honored. I wanna control them in my own hands and play with them. That's my nature ever since.

Then, one day, as I walked along this favorite avenue, I saw an obese middle-aged policeman lying dead on the street. I asked the people around what had happened and they told me that he was hit by a passing train. "What a poor man!", I said to myself. Probably, he was not able to get away from the danger because he's very obese. The only strange thing I noticed about him was that he was bleeding with oil, not with blood. Suddenly, his eyes opened up while people around him panicked. We ran somewhere else as fast as we could as he stood from supine position.

I was lucky because I escaped immediately from that weird incident. Surely, because of being slim and for running fast. I thought, I was safe then because the policeman was clumsy and looked like an idiot. I saw him running after people but can't catch anyone. What a poor man, indeed! I was waiting for a bus while he was a block away. Since every bus which was passing by was full, I decided to just hang on it. I was sure that I'll be safe then. But I was wrong!

I was shocked and felt terrible to see that the dead policeman was with me. I wondered how he got in the bus so fast and without my knowledge. In short, I was caught. Unfortunately, I was the only one caught. It's disappointing, indeed. Of all people, why me?

He was lucky and happy to catch me. Do you know what he did to me? He forced me to pick up any paper material, like magazines (Playboy was one of them!) along the avenue while he was eating it with his voracious appetite. That was very tiring and I'll do it for the rest of my life. Many people saw and teased me. They laughed at me while doing my eternal job. It made me angry.

I asked the greedy policeman what was my crime but he didn't respond. So, I just kept on picking up the papers and threw it to him patiently. I planned to escape but he was powerful. He knew what I was thinking. When I was so tired and can't stand anymore, I begged him to tell me what my fault was. Fortunately, he stopped from eating the papers and began talking to me. My only crime, he said, was that I'm a great playboy and I'll be punished with this job eternally. I begged him and cried a lot. I told him that I'll change my attitude towards women, but he didn't believe me.

Then, he asked me, "Do you believe that this strange incident is really happening?" I responded, "No, this is just a dream, a very bad dream!" Finally, he told me, "Now, open your eyes and rise from your sleep."

I woke up perspiring since it's tiring. I was thankful that it's just another dream. Even though I became an "accidental" playboy a few times in my life, I don't have any plan to become a "professional" playboy. They say that the playboy and playgirl are the saddest persons in this world because they don't really know who they love. Indeed, the great playboy and playgirl will surely have a place in their future home, which is the Hell. And the punishment above may be just one of them. The Hell... the punishment... I had been there and experienced that in my dream.

Now, do you still want to be a playboy or playgirl?
